Terms of use
Last updated: [YYYY-MM-DD]
These terms apply when you use Mystery Wheels, operated by [Your legal name / business name] ([Full postal address, city, state, PIN]). By signing in or buying, you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or with your mobile number (a one-time code by SMS).
- Keep access to your Google account or phone secure; activity on your account is yours.
- Signing in with Google and with a phone number creates two separate accounts; boxes in one are not visible in the other.
How a drop works
- Each drop has a fixed number of boxes. When they are sold, the drop is over.
- You join a first-come, first-served queue. When it's your turn you get an offer held for 5 minutes. Keep the page open: if you leave, you keep your place but are skipped until you come back.
- If you don't pay within the offer, it ends and you go to the back of the queue.
- One box per person per drop.
- We may pause a drop; offers already made still run to completion.
What's in the box
Each box contains one car, picked by our system uniformly at random from the cars still available in that drop at the moment your payment is confirmed. Every car in the drop has the same chance; nobody chooses which car you get. The car is recorded in your Garage straight away; opening the box on screen only reveals it.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is charged separately.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refunds & cancellation policy; shipping follows our Shipping & delivery policy.
Fair use
Don't use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get ahead in the queue or buy more than one box per drop. We may cancel and refund orders, or close accounts, that do.
