Where we ship

We ship within India only. When you enter your address we check that a courier serves your PIN code; if none does, we'll tell you before you pay anything for shipping.

When you pay for shipping

Shipping is a separate payment from the box. After you open your box you can ship your car whenever you like from your Garage or order page: choose an address, see the shipping fee, and pay it. The fee is the courier's live rate for your PIN code plus a small handling charge, and is shown before you pay. The box price is GST-inclusive.

Dispatch and delivery

• We hand your order to the courier within [N] working days of your shipping payment.
• Delivery time depends on the courier and your PIN code; the estimate shown at checkout is the courier's, not a guarantee.
• Once your parcel is booked, its tracking number and a tracking link appear on your order page, and we email you (if your account has an email address).

Your address

Please check your address and mobile number before paying for shipping: once the shipping payment has started, the address on that order is locked. If it needs to change, contact us before the order is handed to the courier.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver (for example, nobody is available or the address is incomplete), the parcel may be returned to us. Contact us and we'll arrange to send it again. [DECIDE: whether re-shipping is charged.]
